1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services of Konnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Konnet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Konnet Solutions provides comprehensive Information and Communication Technology (ICT) system integration services, including but not limited to:

  Network Security (Next-Gen Firewalls, Zero Trust, EDR/XDR, Cisco ISE).
• •
  Data Centre & Cloud (HCI, Spine-Leaf, Multi-Cloud ExpressRoute, Disaster Recovery).
• •
  Collaboration & Unified Communications (IP Telephony, Smart Rooms, MS Teams / Webex).
• •
  Passive Structured Cabling & Electronic Security (IP CCTV, Milestone VMS, Fluke testing).
• •
  Managed Services, Resident Engineers, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Execution

All project timelines, milestone deliverables, response windows, and uptime commitments are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents and formal SLA contracts executed between Konnet Solutions and the client. Konnet warrants that all engineering installations and configurations will be executed in a professional, workmanlike manner in compliance with OEM standards.

4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Trademarks

All content, trademarks, logos, diagrams, and design elements featured on this website are the property of Konnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or their respective original equipment manufacturer (OEM) owners (such as Cisco, VMware, Palo Alto, Microsoft, CommScope, Milestone, Schneider Electric). Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or system downtime resulting from third-party ISP outages, utility failures, or unauthorized security breaches beyond standard commercial safeguards.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
